- RETURNS POLICY
If the product is incorrect from the one that the customer ordered or when the items are damaged, the customer can return it within 14 days after delivery, we will ask the customer to send the product back to our office (provided you by email). In this case, the customer shall be held responsible for all the shipping fees.
Eligibility for Return:
- The customer must ensure to return the item with its original packaging and all accessories in the same condition as received. By original packaging, we mean that the product isn’t used with proof of purchase, order number.

- www.shop.selldevice.com will not be responsible for the returned item without prior notification to www.shop.selldevice.com.
